Feasibility meeting – We will arrange a complimentary feasibility site meeting to discuss remodeling or new construction opportunities and budgeting.

Complimentary research – We will be happy to research site issues which might affect your project, including zoning, septic location, and possible variance requirements.

Architectural design – We can arrange the design of your project by one of several highly regarded local architects or we can work with a client selected architect. 

Budgeting – We provide preliminary budgeting numbers based on detailed written assumptions as well as drawings. Then we move into a “Price Planning” contract that provides the client with detailed cost analysis for a nominal fee.

Scheduling – We will provide a schedule of construction that you can use to plan your move in dates and other events relevant to the completion of the project.

Selections – We will work directly if necessary on selecting materials and pricing them to fit the budget.

Site and Production Management – Every Granville Construction project has a job superintendent that will be your direct job site contact from start to finish. These craftsmen understand the level of detail and accountability that we expect. They are there to answer questions and facilitate the process as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.

Construction – We use the most skilled and reputable subcontractors. These subcontractors have several years of proven track records in quality, performance and stability. Because of this, you can count on them being there for us throughout the project process. 

Crews – We have a fully equipped carpentry crew with expertise in framing and forming. Additionally we use our own finishing carpenters, whenever possible. This helps to ensure the quality standards that our customers have come to expect.
